By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box in your account profile, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from SportsFBI / BlowoutAlert. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

12.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the alerts you enable and the number of active games on the slate. You may receive up to several messages per day on days with an active game slate.

12.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. You may also disable SMS notifications at any time through your account profile.

12.5 Costs

SportsFBI does not charge for SMS notifications. However, message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Please check with your carrier for details.

12.6 Data Use and Sharing

Your mobile phone number is used only to deliver the SMS notifications you have opted into. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to send the messages you requested.
