With the game tied at five runs apiece, Canzone delivered the decisive hit in the top of the eighth inning. The Dodgers mounted a final rally in the bottom of the ninth, as Ohtani doubled to right, scoring Rushing on a fielding error by right fielder Robles and advancing Ohtani to third.
