Grant Holmes contributed a solid outing for the Braves, pitching 4.2 innings and striking out five, allowing three earned runs.

Atlanta's consistent offensive pressure and timely hitting, particularly its response to Cincinnati's comeback attempt, ultimately secured the victory. The Braves moved to 75-50 on the season, while the Reds fell to 59-66.
